The Restaurant
Time Market is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features local produce, humanely raised and sustainably ranched meats, and eggs from cage-free hens. Chef Ian Sugarman leads our team. Under his direction, the kitchen makes everything from pickles, krauts, and soft cheeses to the freshly ground sausage found on our menu. Sandwiches are served on house-made artisan bread.
